How credits work — cost per action

Sigora credits are the unified currency for everything the AI does on your behalf — both internal AI calls (Claude tokens) and external services (lead enrichment, message sends, integration calls). Credits debit automatically as you use the workspace; when your monthly bucket runs out, you can buy a top-up or upgrade.

Cost per action (typical):

AI usage (internal)

  • Claude Haiku — 1 credit per 10 tokens
  • Claude Sonnet — 3 credits per 10 tokens (3× Haiku)
  • Claude Opus — 15 credits per 10 tokens (15× Haiku)

External infrastructure (per call):

Sales / Sourcing

  • Crustdata search (1 page ≈ 25 leads) — 500 credits
  • Crustdata enrich (1 profile, get email/phone) — 5 000 credits

Sales / Outreach

  • LinkedIn DM via Unipile — 1 500 credits
  • LinkedIn connection request — 1 500 credits
  • Cold email send via Gmail (Composio) — 200 credits

Marketing / Publishing

  • Publish to LinkedIn / X / Reddit (auto-post) — 200 credits
  • Reply / comment on a post (auto-engage) — 100 credits

Other

  • Computer Use browser action — 500 credits
  • Meeting transcript summary (AssemblyAI) — 500 credits

Plan limits (monthly buckets):

  • Free — 10K credits
  • Pro $29 — 80K credits / user
  • Max $59 — 300K credits
  • Ultra $119 — 800K credits

Top-up packs:

  • 50K — $9
  • 100K — $15 (-15% vs base)
  • 500K — $63 (-30%)
  • 1M — $108 (-40%)

Practical examples:

  • A solo founder running Sales/LinkedIn outreach (50 leads sourced + 30 enriched + 30 DMs sent) consumes about 4 500 + 150 000 + 45 000 = ~200 000 credits/month — fits comfortably on the Max plan.
  • A solo founder running only the workspace + Marketing drafts (no enrichment, no sends) burns mostly Claude tokens and rarely exceeds 60K credits — the Pro plan is enough.

Tips:

  • Use BYOK (Settings → BYOK Anthropic Key) to bill AI usage directly to your Anthropic account; Sigora credits are then only debited for non-AI infrastructure (lead enrichment, sends).
  • Cadence caps ("daily_cap" in each specialist) protect you from accidentally burning a full bucket in one mash of the "send" button.
  • The reply detection auto-pauses sequences for leads that responded — no wasted follow-ups, no wasted credits.

Settings → Billing & Credits shows live balance, recent transactions (debit by tool), and a top-up button.
