Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sigora ("the Service"), operated by Sigora (EI - ENZO ROMA), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sigora is an AI-native workspace platform providing AI-powered agents, goal tracking, task management, document creation, messaging, calendar, and workflow automation. The Service is accessible at app.sigora.eu.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately at contact@sigora.eu if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or harmful content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content, suggestions, and outputs. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific use case. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and taking responsibility for all AI-generated content before use. Sigora does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any AI output.

7. Pricing and Payment

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually per workspace. Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and may be converted to local currency depending on your region. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior written notice. All payments are non-refundable except within the first 14 days of a new paid subscription, provided less than 30% of the monthly credit allowance has been consumed. Additional credits may be purchased separately at any time from your account settings. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Your account then reverts to the free plan. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content you create using the Service. We retain ownership of the Service, its underlying technology, design, and all related intellectual property. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service. We will never claim ownership over your data or content.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your business content or workspace data to train AI models.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sigora and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you to Sigora in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sigora and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users located in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence may also apply.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
