Automation is not running

If a scheduled automation is not executing:

  • Check the toggle. Make sure the automation is enabled (toggle is on) in the Automations panel.
  • Check the Runs tab. Go to Automations > Runs to see if the automation ran and failed. Failed runs show error details when expanded.
  • Check your credits. Each automation run costs 100 credits. If your balance is zero, automations will not execute.
  • Try "Run now." Click the play icon next to the automation to trigger it manually. Check if it appears in the Runs tab.
  • Check Inngest. If you have access to the Inngest dashboard, verify that the function is synced and active.
