Tasks or documents not saving
If your changes are not being saved:
- Check your internet connection. Sigora saves to the cloud in real time. A disconnection may prevent saves.
- Check plan limits. Free plan users have limits on tasks (5), goals (3), and documents (3). If you have reached the limit, you will need to delete items or upgrade.
- Refresh and retry. If a save fails silently, refresh the page and try again.
- Contact support. If the issue persists, contact us with the specific item type and any error message.
