Integration not connecting

If an integration (Gmail, Slack, LinkedIn, etc.) is not connecting:

  • Try reconnecting. Go to Settings > Integrations and disconnect the service, then reconnect it.
  • Check your browser. Pop-up blockers can prevent the OAuth authentication window from opening. Allow pop-ups for sigora.eu.
  • Check service permissions. Some services require specific permissions. Make sure you authorized all requested scopes during the OAuth flow.
  • Try from the chat. Ask the AI to connect the service. It will generate a fresh authentication link.

If the issue persists, contact support with the name of the integration and any error message you see.
