Connect a CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce)
Connect your CRM so specialists can push enriched leads, log activities, and read deal context.
Steps:
- Go to Settings → Integrations.
- Search for HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce, and click Connect.
- Authorize the OAuth flow on the provider's side. Some CRMs ask which workspace/portal/instance to connect — pick the right one.
- Done. Specialists can now read and write CRM records.
Workspace vs personal scope:
By default, a CRM connection is scoped to the user who connected it. If you want the whole team to use the same CRM connection, ask the workspace owner or admin to connect the CRM from their account — Sigora will use that as the workspace-level connection.
What specialists do with a connected CRM:
- Sales/LinkedIn and Sales/Email: push enriched leads as new contacts/companies, attach the LinkedIn profile + intent signals, and log every DM/email sent as an activity.
- Customer Success: read deal stage and engagement history to time win-back / upsell campaigns.
- Operations/Workflows: trigger downstream actions when deals change stage (notify Slack, create tasks, etc.).
Common gotcha:
HubSpot's free tier has API rate limits (~250 requests/10s). For heavy bulk imports, consider upgrading or batching the run across multiple sessions.
