Connect LinkedIn (Sales/LinkedIn specialist)

LinkedIn outreach (cold DMs, connection requests, profile lookups) requires a separate connection from the standard Settings → Integrations flow because LinkedIn's official API does not allow cold messaging. Sigora handles this through a session-based connection inside the Sales/LinkedIn specialist.

Steps:

  • Open AI Specialists → Sales → LinkedIn Outreach. Create a new instance.
  • In the configuration pane, click "Connect your LinkedIn".
  • A popup opens. Sign into LinkedIn (or scan the QR with the LinkedIn mobile app if prompted).
  • Once successful, the popup closes and you'll see a "LinkedIn connected" badge on the instance.

What it unlocks:

  • Cold DMs to non-connections at safe daily volumes.
  • Connection requests with personalized invitation messages.
  • Profile reads to enrich leads.
  • Reply tracking on outreach campaigns.

Important:

  • LinkedIn enforces caps on automated activity. Sigora respects these by default (≤25 DMs/day, ≤80 invites/week). Going above is not recommended — accounts can be temporarily restricted.
  • The connection lives at the workspace level. If you reset your LinkedIn password, you'll need to reconnect.
  • Disconnect anytime from the specialist's configuration pane.
