Steps:

• Go to Settings → Integrations.
• Search for the tool, click Connect, and authorize via API key (most platforms) or OAuth.
• The Sales/Email specialist now offers this tool in the "Sending tool" picker.

When to use Gmail vs a dedicated tool:

• Gmail: light outreach (≤50/day from one warm inbox), follow-ups inside ongoing threads, quick founder-mode sends.
