Cookie Policy

The cookies and similar technologies we use across sigora.eu and the Sigora app, and how to control them.

Last updated: June 2026

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by a website. Cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) are used to make sites work, remember preferences, and understand usage.

2. Cookies we use

Essential (always on)

Required to run the Service. On the Sigora app (app.sigora.eu) these include authentication and session cookies set by our identity provider (Clerk) and security tokens that protect against cross-site request forgery. These cannot be disabled without breaking sign-in and core functionality.

Functional

Used to remember choices you make, for example, your cookie-consent preference. These improve your experience and are limited in scope.

Analytics (privacy-friendly)

On our marketing site (sigora.eu) we use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool. It measures aggregate page views and visits using anonymized data and does not set tracking cookies, build cross-site profiles, or sell data.

Marketing / advertising

We do not use advertising or cross-site marketing cookies.

3. Managing cookies

You can manage non-essential cookies through the consent banner shown on your first visit, and you can clear or block cookies anytime in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent the app from working; blocking functional cookies may degrade your experience.

4. Updates

We may update this policy as our use of cookies changes; the revision date above reflects the latest version. For questions, contact privacy@sigora.eu.
