Our DPA
When Sigora processes personal data on your behalf, for example, contacts you import, we act as your processor. We offer a Data Processing Agreement that is compliant with GDPR Article 28and incorporates the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for any transfers of personal data outside the European Economic Area.
What it covers
- The scope, nature, and purpose of processing, and the categories of data and data subjects.
- Our obligations as processor, confidentiality, and security measures.
- Use of sub-processors, the current list is provided to customers on request, and change notification.
- Assistance with data-subject requests and breach notification.
- SCCs for international transfers, and deletion/return of data on termination.
How to request it
To request a copy of our DPA for signature, email legal@sigora.eu with your company name and details. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
